Media Analyst, Creative Operations

Role
  1.   LifeStreet is looking for the next Media Analyst to join our Creative Operations team. As a Media Analyst, you will receive hands-on-training at our San Francisco headquarters, and make day-to-day decisions that directly impact our business.
Responsibilities
  1.   Implementing data driven A/B creative tests to optimize advertising campaigns.
  2.   Analyzing campaign data in order to identify trends, make optimization decisions, and inform future tests.
  3.   Generating new ideas for advertisements using creativity, data insights, and competitive analysis.
  4.   Working with in-house design and development teams to develop complex creative executions including interactive and video advertisements.
  5.   Prepare written summaries of analytical findings and insightful recommendations for clients.
  6.   Becoming a power user of LifeStreet's proprietary platforms.
Requirements
  1.   0-2 years of experience in a data-driven analyst role.
  2.   Exceptional Excel and data skills, and strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
  3.   Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, often with little day-to-day direction.
  4.   Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work in cross-functional groups.
  5.   A history of succeeding both individually and in teams.
  6.   BA/BS degree with a strong academic background.

Architect

Job Duties
  1.   Designs, develops and maintains software applications for RevJet Marketing Operations System using HTML, CSS, JS programming languages. Collects and analyzes requirements, collaborates with a product team to produce specifications. Data management of frontend libraries, including ReactJS and ExtJS. Responsible for JavaScript and TypeScript development, UI application development, and NodeJS backend development. Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determines design methodologies and tool sets; completes programming using languages and software products; designs and conducts tests. Develops integrations with APIs of third-party services. Makes code review. Uses issue tracking software for planning, managing and estimating of task scope for software releases.
Required Education
  1.   Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
Required Experience

    At least two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or at least two (2) years of experience with the following:

  1.   HTML, CSS, JS programming languages.
  2.   Frontend libraries: ReactJS and ExtJS.
  3.   JavaScript and TypeScript development.
  4.   UI application development.
  5.   NodeJS backend development.

Performs data management, ReactJS and TypeScript UI development, and UI applications development. Responsible for NodeJS backend development. Supports internal build tools and processes. Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisions system features and functionality. Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determines design methodologies and tool sets; completes programming using languages and software products; design sand conducts tests. Creates multimedia applications by using authoring tools.
Required Education
  1.   Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
Required Experience

    At least two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or at least two (2) year of experience with the following:

  1.   HTML, CSS, JS programming languages.
  2.   ReactJS and TypeScript UI development.
  3.   UI application development.
